The name (World Academy) does not match the content. If you are thinking of going to this school, make sure you ask some profound questions. The school cannot keep their heads (the last one had to go, a real disaster), and the administration in a whole is not effective: any clear international mission is missing. Students are from wealthy locals, disrespectful (a lot), and so far the school has failed to address discipline matters. School will please the (not all money is earned honestly!) rich parents, (demanding better grades or influencing other matters), and will not support or backup teachers. They don't bother much with academic standards, grades and comments have been changed (without informing staff!). How they got their PYP/MYP and DP accreditation remains a miracle. The salary will allow you to live comfortable, but forget about saving. If you fancy visiting other places (yes, there is much to see!) a car is really needed. Tirana itself is car polluted, and not a very attractive city. Despite the name, this small school is not really international, they are just in marketing and survival mode. There is competition (a good QSI school is down the road, great reviews, albeit a lot more expensive). In 2017, almost all expat teachers left, for the reasons described. Please, do you research, before committing yourself.
